The ZIP (or CSV) from Amazon's Request your data → Your Orders. It is read by your browser and never uploaded. How to get it

How to export your Amazon orders to Excel

  1. Get the ZIP from Amazon: Request your data → Your Orders (guide).
  2. Drop it on the box above. The table shows every item from every order file in the ZIP.
  3. Narrow it down if you like: a year, a marketplace, a search term, or Group by order for one row per order.
  4. Click Download Excel (.xlsx) — or Download CSV, or Copy to paste into Google Sheets.

What the exported sheet looks like

Excel, CSV or Copy?

OptionBest for
Excel (.xlsx)Excel, Numbers, LibreOffice; filters and frozen header already set
CSVBudget apps, Google Sheets import, scripts
CopyPasting straight into an open spreadsheet

Cells that start with =, + or @ get a leading apostrophe in CSV and Copy, so a product name can never run as a spreadsheet formula.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export only one year, for taxes or expenses?

Yes. Pick the year (and marketplace if needed) in the filters; the export contains only those rows. Search narrows it further, for example to one product type.

Can I get one row per order instead of per item?

Tick Group by order. Each row then shows the order date, ID, products, number of items and the order total.

Does it work with Google Sheets?

Yes: import the CSV (File → Import), open the .xlsx, or click Copy and paste into a sheet.

Which file do I open?

The ZIP Amazon sends for Your Orders — you don't need to unzip it. You can also open the CSV inside: Order History.csv (exports since February 2026) or Retail.OrderHistory.1.csv (older exports). See how to download your Amazon order history.

Is my order history uploaded anywhere?

No. The ZIP or CSV is read by JavaScript in your browser on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is stored after you close the tab.

Do I have to sign in or connect my Amazon account?

No. You download the file from Amazon yourself and open it here. This site never asks for your Amazon password and has no access to your account.
